Breanne Gibson, Ph.D., is a Senior Clinical Scientist at Cumberland Pharmaceuticals, where she supports preclinical and clinical studies for both commercial and investigational products, with a focus on rare pulmonary diseases, including idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis. She has over ten years of experience in clinical and translational research with over four years in industry settings.
Dr. Gibson’s expertise spans clinical study design, protocol development, regulatory process, and data analysis. She also oversees relationships with key opinion leaders and clinical trial sites to advance therapeutic development across critical unmet needs.
She holds a Ph.D. in Pharmacology from Vanderbilt University and a Bachelor’s degree in biology from Cedarville University. Dr. Gibson is dedicated to advancing IPF research through rigorous, translational approaches to improve patient outcomes.
