Pulmongene

Pulmongene is a clinical-stage biotechnology company developing novel biologic therapeutics for fibrotic and inflammatory respiratory disease. Our lead molecule, PMG1015, is a first-in-class monoclonal antibody targeting Amphiregulin (AREG), a key upstream fibrosis driver in both IPF and PPF. In an IPF Phase Ib/IIa study, PMG1015 showed favorable safety and encouraging efficacy signals, including FVC stabilization and AI-HRCT improvements, and holds FDA Orphan Drug and Fast Track designations as it advances into a global Phase 2b IPF trial.
